What services do you provide?
Our primary goal is to deliver website design and development that produces cash-flow and profit for you. Any other services such as graphic design, marketing (online and offline), and professional printing, are offered to support this primary goal. We believe that for most entrepreneurial businesses, websites have the greatest potential for generating more leads, sales and profits, which is why we focus on this.
Where are you located?
We are located in Williamstown, so many of our clients are based in Melbourne, however this is not a requirement. In fact, it doesn’t matter if you are on the other side of the globe. We work with customers Australia-wide and internationally. We work over the internet and communicate with tools such as email and Skype, so location and distance is never a problem.
What does a typical client for Omnific Design look like?
We work with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and marketers looking to maximise their results online. Typically they are offline businesses looking to use their website as a powerful marketing tool, or to sell products online. Often, they already have a website, but have found it simply didn’t produce the results they hoped for the time and money they had invested into it.
What are the costs for your services?
It will depend on your project, however it is our intention to produce far more profit for our clients than the costs of our service. In fact, we won’t work with anyone if we are not confident that we can provide excellent value. We know that providing excellent value is what will keep you coming back and referring other businesses to us. So naturally, it’s our goal to deliver excellence and to make a raving fan of every customer!
Why should we choose your services?
We only work with clients whom we can make more profitable online. That could be: by saving you money, bringing you more value for the money you already spend, or by increasing your traffic, leads and online sales.
What currencies and credit cards do you accept?
We primarily use Australian dollars, however all our invoices are sent through an online system that accepts Visa and MasterCard, so you can pay with any currency you wish. Cheque or direct deposit is also an option, if you so prefer.
