Our Creative Design Process

It's our intention to turn every client into a raving fan. That can only happen if we provide exceptional service. We welcome any feedback you have along the journey that can help us form a strong, ongoing relationship.

1. Brief Review

We will work with you to ensure we completely understand your requirements before commencing your project. We will respond to your initial request and start the project as soon as we are confident we understand your needs.

2. Concept Development

Once we have your 50% deposit, we can get started. In the Concept Development phase we will research your competitors and target market and brainstorm ideas as a team before we start designing. We will submit concepts for your review and welcome your feedback and ideas. Nothing leaves Omnific Design that we are not completely happy with.

3. Alterations

We allow for a number of alterations for the 'Stand' and 'Elite' Packages and will continue to make changes until you are completely happy with the design.

The 'Concept Tsunami' Package is a little different. Over the 15 days you will be given the chance to provide ongoing feedback for concepts submitted by various designers. After these 15 days, you have another 15 days to select the 'winning' design so we can award the designer with their bonus.

4. Completion

Once the invoice is paid we will release the files to you if you wish or we can produce your finished product. We can print or code your project depending on what it is. Just let us know if you would like a quote.

Packages

Standard

This package is ideal for the small business with a limited budget. To get the best result possible from this package, we suggest spending time to prepare your brief in advance and gather as much information as possible including sample designs. This will enable us to interpret your request more accurately.

Elite

This package is for your medium to large business. It's ideal when you have a few decision makers contributing to the project because there is more scope to explore a broader range of concept than the Standard Package allows.

Concept Tsunami

Our 'Concept Tsunami' service is an option that provides a massive number of design concepts created by a number of freelance designers. Having a team of designers all working on your project is a great advantage however, what really gives our results a massive boost is the fact that we reward the designer who produces the 'winning' concept. That's strong motivation for the designers to produce their best work. If your budget allows it, it's well worth the investment.

We are capable of producing more design concepts than other studios simply because we have an extensive network of high-quality freelance designers we can call upon. When you have a team of designers all interpreting your brief slightly differently, ideas are produced that you may have never considered without the benefit of a team.

Quick Timeframe

Most of the time it just takes a few days for us to get the initial concepts back to you. If your project is urgent, just let us know Usually we can accommodate any deadline. Just let us know prior to commencing the project. We do require 15 days if you choose the 'Concept Tsunami' to give the team of designers enough time to produce your concepts. During these 15 days you will be able to provide feedback along the way. In effect you will have a team of creative people, all working on your design simultaneously.
